Benefit Information

Health Insurance
Blue Cross Blue Shield – SISC pays for if the employee’s coverage only. If the employee requires more people on the plan (spouse and/or children) then the company pays the rate of the single person as a discount. Coverage starts 1st day of employment. 

Vision & Dental
We offer vision and dental insurance through Met Life. SISC pays for if the employee’s coverage only. If the employee requires more people on the plan (spouse and/or children) then the company pays the rate of the single person as a discount.

AD&D Short term disability
SISC offers AD&D and short term disability through Met Life.     

401K
The employee has the ability to partake in a comprehensive 401k plan administered by John Hancock. The employee has the ability to contribute up to Federal Government limits. SISC will also contribute 3% for setting up the 401k plan. The 3% contribution from SISC is 100% vested once the employee initiates the plan with John Hancock. The 3% contribution starts when the forms are filled out completely and sent in to the corporate office. 

Paid Time Off & Holidays
Each employee accrues 15 days off through the year that he/she can choose to utilize at any point, as long as they receive prior approval from their supervisor/corporate office. In conjunction with PTO, each employee of SISC also receives ten (10) paid holidays. Each employee is allowed to carry over 10 days worth of PTO to the following year.

Tuition Reimbursement   
Currently each employee can apply for tuition reimbursement for either training or college/university education. The approval will be based on a case by case basis.
