Secure Infrastructure Solutions Corporation (SISC) was founded in 2003 as a Veteran-Owned Small Business information technology and telecommunications security research and engineering firm providing information technology and systems integration products and services to government and commercial customers.
Secure Infrastructure Solutions Corporation (SISC) team has been responsible for establishing, building, defining, and staffing the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) for the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) National Cyber Security Division. Our team built the first 24x7 IA incident handling capability for the US-CERT Operations Branch and has continued to grow in capability. We provide a malware reverse engineering team with expert capability that has supported and been recognized by several agencies and states. Our team provides cyber expertise and situational awareness to the Homeland Security Operations Center, who in turn relays information directly to the Secretary of DHS.
The SISC team has also been the technical leaders for the US-CERT's Situational Awareness and Technology Branch, which provides the network support functions and tools used by the US-CERT's Operations Branch. Our team has been the leaders for the EINSTEIN program, which will provide a suite of tools to help federal and civil agencies with their situational awareness requirements for their networks to ensure a more secure network posture for U.S. Government networks. Our team has been a major contributor to the continuity of operations planning and implementation process for the US-CERT. Several members of our team have been designated key and essential personnel for any contingency operations. Each employee also undergoes a rigorous screening process and background check.
SISC holds a GSA Schedule 70 contract, Seaport –E prime contract, and is currently applying for HUBZone status. SISC is also a sub for the EAGLE contract and is currently researching other contract vehicle opportunities.
